Outage of the server

Dear users, on Saturday 00:57 the outage of the server occurred. This outage has caused hardware troubles with disks due to which incremental backups for Friday 27th of March 2009 were destroyed. The data were uploaded again during Saturday 28th of March 2009 from the daily backup of the 27th of March 2009. Other data from 27th of March 2009 4:00 a.m. were unfortunately lost – if you inserted data after this moment, it is necessary to insert them again. Now we are working on a new system for backing up using hour backups on a separate machine so that there is no such incident in the future. We are apologizing to all users for the troubles caused.
New version of sMoneybox

Due to maintenance of new version, sMoneybox will be turn off in the afternoon hours of 28. 8. 2008. We appologize for the service interruption.

HTTPS, web service and a new client

We have launched secured version of sMoneybox based on HTTPS. If you require secured access to our application, you can use now https://www.smoneybox.com.
We have also released specification and documentation of the web service for adding new records. Thus the community could participate in the development of alternative clients, e.g. for Linux or mobile devices. The documentation could be found here. You can address your questions to our forum.
In connection with that we have also introduced a new version 1.1 of our client which implements some minor improvements and uses HTTPS as well.
